Enclosed is the latest report from my opthalmologist Dr. J.R Gonder M.D Dated November 19th 2009 This patient has extensive drop out of the retinal pigment epithellium and choriocapillaris in the macular area of both eyes. In addition there is RPE hyperplasia and migration. This could be consistent with multiple forms of heredity retinopathies. No active inflamation could be identified.
